Client Request: M.A.P.P. Friggostar Holding commissioned TACTICS Consulting to conduct a strategic analysis aimed at mapping internal and external influence dynamics shaping the Group’s operations and expansion in Greece. Request: Confidential assignment for the evaluation and relocation of a USD 30 million investment portfolio from Hong Kong to India, on behalf of an international investor consortium seeking to establish a new operational and development base in the Greater New Delhi region. Request: Exploratory mission in India under the One Step Migration Initiative for the establishment of a bilateral recruitment and facilitation framework between Greece and India, aiming to identify reliable migration channels, institutional partners, and operational conditions for a sustainable workforce mobility corridor. The scope included desk and field research on regulatory frameworks, licensing procedures, and ecosystem mapping (agencies, training centers, and support institutions).
What we did: Delivered a comprehensive field research report structured in three thematic parts:
(a) Institutional & Legal Framework: mapping of Indian and Greek authorities, applicable migration laws, and visa categories relevant to labor mobility;

Sample Project: Investment Planning & Organization in a food company
Request: Investigation and management of a 25-acre private land case in the area of Zitsa, Achaia, which had been partially classified as forest land due to long-term neglect. The elderly owners and their heirs were unable to locate the property, utilize it, or proceed with its transfer.
What we did: Conducted both on-site and digital research (Google Maps, local sources) to identify the property and define its boundaries.
Appointed a licensed surveyor to prepare a topographical plan and condition report, organized site cleaning and data collection. In cooperation with a legal advisor, filed an appeal to the competent Forest Authority for the reclassification of 12 acres of the land. The appeal was partially accepted — 6 acres were reclassified and restored to buildable status. Subsequently performed a value assessment and targeted promotion of the property for lawful utilization.
Result: The property’s market value was substantially restored, heirs’ rights were safeguarded, and the legal conditions for future use were re-established.
